Apple and Oat Cookies

Ingredients
100g Rolled Oats
90g wholemeal flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
pinch of salt
1 large egg
2 and 1/2 tbs of pure maple syrup
1 medium red apple
2 and 1/2 tbs coconut oil, melted and cooled
instructions
Mix all dry ingredients in a mixer bowl.
In a seperated bowl mix all wet ingredients together.
Great the apple.
mix the two bowls together.
bake them on 170 c for about 12 minutes
