Apple and Oat Cookies

Soft and chewy healthy oatmeal NUT cookies So good you’ll forget They’re super nutritious!

makes 12 cookies

Ingredients

  • 100g Rolled Oats

  • 90g wholemeal flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 and 1/2 tbs of pure maple syrup

  • 1 medium red apple

  • 2 and 1/2 tbs coconut oil, melted and cooled

instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a mixer bowl.

  • In a seperated bowl mix all wet ingredients together.

  • Great the apple.

  • mix the two bowls together.

  • bake them on 170 c for about 12 minutes
