Red Pepper Dip & Tortilla CHIPS
Red Pepper Dip is for those nights when you want a giant bowl of dip, a bag of chips, and no regrets.
A family favorite for movie night, a rewarding snack while you poar through school forms or a go to crowd pleaser for any apéro.

Ingredients
1/2 red pepper
80g cannellini beans
pinch of garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 whole grain tortilla
oliva oil
Instructions
Rost pepper on the grill in the oven with a little bit of oliva oil and salt. once ready cover with foil and set a side to cool down.
cut the tortilla up to triangles and place them on an ovcen tray with a little bit of oliva oil and salt,pepper to taste for about 2-3 minutes (each side) or until golden brown.
Drain and rins the cannelloni beans
remove the skin from the pepper
place pepper, cannelloni beans and salt,pepper into a blender and mix until smooths
Enjoy with the baked tortilla chips.
